Shepard’s Select Properties, Inc. is a privately owned real estate agency located on the Downeast Coast of Maine with a proven ability to sell and locate properties for the customers and clients we serve. Started as Shepard’s Agency in Stonington in 1947, it merged with Select Properties and incorporated as Shepard’s Select Properties, Inc. in 1980. Today, there are two offices strategically located in Stonington and Deer Isle.
Shepard’s Select Properties, Inc. is a full-service real estate company which offers representation of both sellers and buyers, free market analyses and free property searches. Located inside our offices are independently owned and operated rental agencies, an appraisal company and a financing company which allows us to offer our customers and clients everything they need right in one place.
All of our brokers and agents are members of the Maine Statewide Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of Realtors.
